I saw these challenges all over Instagram and I wondered where people were finding them at, so I investigated and discovered this site. It turns out their challenges are coming from the iPhone/iPad app (it costs $2.99), but the website is free!
I’ve been looking into finding some new exercises because I’m just feeling generally run down and fatigued. Yoga is helping my stress levels, but I think I need to add something new to my routine.
When you arrive to the site you’ll find tons of featured content on the main page like a selection of 30 Day Fitness Challenges, Exercise Techniques, Healthy Eating Recipes, and the Latest News Articles. I really love the way it is setup as it gives you a great example of what the site is about from the first glance. Along the top of the page you’ll find a navigation strip with the same categories.
While the challenges are awesome, I really love the Exercise Techniques section where they show you how to do the exercises in the challenge. This is something I find lacking in a lot of exercise sites. What good is it to get a list of exercises to do, if they don’t describe how to do it accurately or with great pictures? Well no worries about that here! They have excellent descriptions of how to do the exercises in their challenges.
And of course, I’m always looking for new recipes! Especially if they are tasty and healthy! what I love about their recipes is that they took the time to make them look appetizing. I firmly believe we eat with our eyes first, it gets our appetite going! Great food photos are 100% more likely to make me try a recipe!
