I have my heart set on a 64 GB backup flash drive, or am I being silly. How much does a 32-GB hold versus a 64-GB flash drive, esp. one that also does backups? I do have tons of storage on my computer, but I’d kill for a flash drive that I pretty much know would never run out of space.
Nothing silly about wanting a bigger flash drive. Let’s take a look at how much each of these drives can hold.
A 32GB flash drive or memory card can hold around 22,900 photos while a 64GB has room for 45,800. You can fit 15,300 songs on 32 GB and around 30,7000 on 64. You’ll find room for a whopping 29,000 documents on 32GB and 58,1000 on a 64GB. For video viewing, you’ll get 72 hours on a 32GB and 144 on a 64GB.
These numbers are all approximate and will vary according to the format the items are saved in. As you can see, you can fit plenty of stuff on a 32 GB flash drive, but if you have your heart set on 64 GB, I say go for it!
