New (really useful) Page! We have recently added a "New Titles" page to our online software store. So, if you're wondering what new goodies have been added check it out: http://www.worldstart.com/store/newtitles.htm Rose has been busy adding all sorts of new titles over the last week, so the page above is really loaded with lots of great new titles. "Quick"en Deal Oh, real quick. Be sure to check out the Bargain Bin too. We've just added Quicken 2000 w/ Family Lawyer 2000 for just $7.97! No, it's not the current version, but it's still an excellent program (very minor differences between that version and the current one). See it and lots more at our bargain bin: http://www.worldstart.com/store/bargainbin.htm Note we only have a handful of these (trying to get more), so don't wait on this one. The link above will take you to the bargain bin and you'll find the Quicken deal at the top. Be sure to check out the rest of the deals while you're there too :-)
Q: A: Click the Start button, then right-click My Computer, Properties. Your System Properties screen should pop up. Next, click the Advanced tab, then the Error Reporting button. Click the little "Disable error reporting" radio button and hit OK. Your computer shouldn't beg you to send error reports to Microsoft anymore.
Note that if you still
want error reporting, there are a few check box options under the Enable
error reporting radio button. In fact, you can even tell Windows what
programs you want error reporting enabled on.
All
Caps Reformatting Web Link - http://www.worldstart.com/tips/allcaps.htm Know what I hate? E-mails that come in all caps. THEY DRIVE ME NUTS :-) Anyhow, I had someone ask me how they could re-format an all caps sentence so it was in regular, lowercase format. Well, if you have WordPerfect or MS Word, you're in luck. Here's how to do it in each: MS Word: 1. Highlight the text you want to have de-capitalized. 2. Click the Format menu, Change Case... 3. A little screen will pop up that lets you select what case you want. Sentence Case is probably appropriate. Here's an MS Word Example: Before:
WordPerfect: 1. Highlight the text you want to have de-capitalized. 2. Click the Edit menu, Convert Case. 3. A sub menu will give you some case changing options. You'll probably want "lowercase". That's it. Now, if we could just get that stupid CAPS LOCK key off the keyboard...
