Have you ever wanted
to own your own business? (Or do you already?) Why? Well, a lot of it has to do with poor planning. I've been a business owner for over 10 years now (nope, WorldStart wasn't my first venture), and if there's one thing I've learned, it's you can't run a successful business without a good plan. And that leads me to today's software deal - BizPlan Builder. We have it on sale for only $24.97 (Free US Shipping)- it retails for $99.99, so you save $75.00! If you're thinking of starting, buying, selling, or growing a business, you should look into this package. I wish I'd have known about it back when I was first starting out - although at least I'm able to use it now! Putting together a business plan couldn't be easier. It takes you, step by step, through the planning process. It includes professionally written templates, makes putting together finical projections a snap, and assists you in determining if the business you have in mind is even going to work in the long run. Not only is this plan great for helping you along with your business, but if you need to get a loan from a bank or investor, it makes you look like a business veteran. In addition, it includes all sorts of legal and business documents - including Articles of Incorporation, lease agreements, trademark application, due diligence checklist, investor tracking, press releases, and tons more. Think about it. You're betting the farm on this business idea - Shouldn't you do a thorough evaluation of this project before putting your money, time, and effort in? This is no time to shoot from the hip and hope it all works out. Check out all that this title can do for you at: http://www.worldstart.com/store/bizplan.htm
Q: A:
Click that puppy and you should get all kinds of information about the program - including the version number. As an added bonus, some About boxes have a little button that says "System" or "System info". Click that to get all sorts of information on your computer. See, those About boxes
aren't worthless after all. PS - If you want to know more about the exciting world of version numbers, head to: http://www.worldstart.com/tips/versionnum.htm
Snapping Screen Shots Web link - http://www.worldstart.com/tips/printscreen.htm I get questions on an almost daily basis asking how we do our screen shots. So, here ya go! Ever wish you could make a "snapshot" of your screen? If you have some imaging software (or a good word processor), you can! Here's how: To capture the whole screen, just hit the Print Screen button on your keyboard (It is just to the right of the F12 key). Here's a shot of my (messy) desktop:
Then, open your imaging software (and a blank page, if you need to - it will depend on your software), and select your "Paste" command (Usually CTRL V). This should paste an image of your computer screen into the document you're working on. You can also paste the image into a word processing program like MS Word or WordPerfect if you don't have imaging software. If you would like to capture only the current window, hold down the ALT button while you press the Print Screen button.
Ever wanted to make a band, be part of a dance troupe, or watch the Queen of England cut a rug? Well now you can at Dancing Paul. You go through and customize the actions, the music, the lighting, and then you make them dance. Im particularly fond of Euro guy. For those of you with slower connections this one is worth the wait. Have fun, enjoy, and now everybody dance!
Do you have a cool site that you want to share? Send it to Amanda! Here's her address: Oh, and we're looking
for non-commercial sites. We generally don't run sites that are strictly
for shopping.
