Save 90% on an AWESOME Graphics Suite! Yesterday, we ran a special for the Micrografx Graphics Suite. In case you missed it, this is a high end graphics suite that we got one heck of a deal on. The retail is $349.95, we have it for just $24.97 - with FREE Shipping if you live in the US! Anyhow, the response to this was tremendous - It sure kept our server busy! Again, this software includes 3 very high end graphics programs. One for drawing, one for photos, and one for creating 3D graphics and text. The software included is professional level and extremely powerful. I have been very impressed with it and recommend it to anyone who's ever wanted a truly powerful graphics/photo suite. You can create just about any graphic/image you can dream up! (Again, this is probably a bit much for novice users.) Take a minute or two and check out the link below. I think once you get the full overview of this program, you'll agree, it's a must have! http://www.worldstart.com/store/micrografx.htm PS - This is EASILY one of the best deals we've ever been able to offer - and quantities are running low. Don't hate yourself for missing out!
Q: A: They are probably OK for printers with ink nozzles that are NOT built into the cartridge (like Canon printers), but I would still be careful. The ink may not be the same quality as what you would get from the manufacturer. If you are using an HP printer, the ink nozzle is built into the printer cartridge and is not meant to be run refill after refill. When you replace your ink cartridge, you also replace your old nozzle with a brand new one. Helps keep the print quality good (especially important if you're trying to print out photographs). Another point to consider is that when you bought your printer, you were probably looking at print quality. Why take a chance on compromising that print quality to save a few bucks? I know I'll probably have tons of e-mail over this from people who refill their cartridges with no trouble. But - you asked my opinion :-) --Steve Have
a question for the newsletter? Submit it at the link below: Little Yellow (or Gray) Speakers For some reason, I get lots of e-mail from people telling me they've lost their little speaker icon (sound control) that usually lives in the system tray and now they want to get it back. Come to think of it, I also get lots of e-mail asking how to get it out of the system tray. Well, the answer is the same for both! Here's all you do: Win95/98 1. Click the Start button, Settings, Control Panel. Open the Multimedia icon. 2. On the Audio tab, you'll see a little checkbox labeled "Show volume control on the taskbar". If you want to see the little yellow speaker, make sure it's checked. If you don't want to see it, uncheck it.
Win ME/XP 1. Click the Start button, Settings, Control Panel. Open the Sounds & Multimedia icon. 2. On the Sounds or Volume tab, you'll see a little checkbox towards the bottom labeled "Show/Place volume control on the taskbar." If you want to see the little yellow/gray speaker, make sure it's checked. If you don't want to see it, uncheck it.
Too easy, huh? --Steve Have
a tip for the newsletter? Submit it below:
You think it has strange name, well it should for it is a truly unusual site. For this site you will need Macromedia Shockwave Flash in order to view it. If you don’t have it, you can get it here. Choose different circles to see different projects and then move your mouse around the screen and see what happens. Allow the page to fully load and then you’ll have tons of fun whiling the hours away creating different shapes, with different projects. A fun stop, so enjoy! Do
you have a cool, non-commercial site that you want to share?
