Hot Burnin' Offer!

We had an incredible response to our Nero 5.5 and Print Shop CD Label Creator bundle on Friday. In fact, that's way this reminder note is coming in today's newsletter instead of yesterday's - we just couldn't keep up with the orders and needed a breather!

However, now that we're getting back on track, I wanted to mention this again in case anyone missed out. Again, this bundle is has a retail value of nearly $95.00, but your cost is only $19.97! (and YES you get FREE US Shipping!).

Here's a quick overview of what you get with both:

NERO:

First off, let's look at my new favorite CD burning software, NERO. This program makes burning CDs incredibly easy - but at the same time it's extremely powerful. It's fast becoming the burning software of choice for thousands across the globe. After using it, I can see why. My only regret is not switching sooner!

To say this is program is full featured is an understatement (take a look at the page on our site). Naturally, it can do all the basics - create CDs (or DVDs if your drive supports it), make copies of CDs, do backups, etc. It also lets you use your CD-RW drive like a giant floppy drive (just drag and drop), includes an MPEG video encoder, and even lets you create a video CD slide show from your JEPG pictures that you can pop into a DVD player!

The PrintShop CD Label Creator:

The second part of this deal is The PrintShop CD Label Creator. This fantastic program makes creating professional looking CD tables a snap. With 100,000 online images, 10,000 images on the CD, plus over 1000 different layouts, creating that perfect CD label is easy! Oh, and yes - you can use your own photos - it even lets you edit them from within the program!

These are both incredibly good, and the bundle price is fantastic. Just think, for $19.97, you can have the ultimate burning kit! Oh, if you only want one of the programs described above, you can buy them individually. Click the link below now!

PS - Don't miss out! Remember, if you don't think it's as good as I say it is, just return in within 30 days for a refund! Nothing to lose - unless you wait and miss out!

Computers 101

Q:
Whenever I start my computer, this little gray box that has some photos in it appears on the top of my desktop. Can you tell me what it is and how I can get rid of it? It layers itself on top of every program I open and is annoying!

A:
Oh, boy... the dreaded Works Portfolio. It's great if you're inserting images all the time, but it can be an eye sore if you don't use it at all. Fortunately, there is a way to keep it from lurking around your desktop.

First, click somewhere on the gray box to fully open the Portfolio.

Then click on the Tasks menu and select Options. In the Options window, uncheck the "Start the Works Portfolio every time I start Windows" box. Then click OK.

Now, back at the Portfolio, select Close under the Tasks menu or hit Alt+F4. The popular "Are you sure?" window will appear. Just check the "don't show this again" box, click NO!, and all your troubles should be solved... Well, at least that problem anyway.

Tip of the Day

EZ Reading

Have you ever been to a web page that had dark text on a dark background? It happens. Sometimes a background doesn't load right and sometimes it just bad design, plain and simple. Either way, it's hard to read.

Well, next time that happens to you, hit CTRL-A.

All the text on the website will be selected (highlighted). The selection color is normally blue with white text. Much easier to read than, say, a dark red on a black background.

Before:

After:

Try reading the text below, then hit CTRL-A to see the difference:

Here's a sample of hard to read text! Here it is in red!

Cool huh?
