Three Awesome, Incredible, Absolutely Must-Have Titles! Here are 3 must haves. All are limited quantity items, so if you see something you're interested in, be sure to grab it - and quick. All titles include free US shipping.
This software protects your identity, filters chat conversations, lets you block the type of websites that you feel are inappropriate, allows easy parental override, works with multiple users (with individual protection settings for each), lets you set internet time limits, even logs internet activity! This is a must have for anyone who wants their kids to be safe on the internet. We are constantly hearing horror stories in the news about the bad things that happen to kids when they're online. Don't let it happen at your house. Protect your family with this fantastic software. This retails for $49.95 at the chain stores and McAfee's website, but your cost is only $18.97!! http://www.worldstart.com/store/mcafee-parntl-cntrls.htm
Just tap your PrintScreen key and this handy software captures (and prints if you like) the current window, the whole screen, or just a section of the window (your choice). In fact, it even has an "auto scroll" feature that can capture a long web page! Heck, you can even draw boxes, circles, and other shapes around what you want captured and it can grab that too! Plus it can take snapshots of DOS screens, menus, cursors, and more (lots more)! As a bonus, you also get a cool little program called Easy Macros that lets you create macros for common tasks. I made one that allows me to open several programs at once, but you can also tell it to watch certain mouse and keyboard events and repeat them (good for repetitive tasks). Very slick and only $12.97 http://www.worldstart.com/store/print-scrn-dlx.htm
I don't know about you, but it seems like I'm always in need of some type of legal form. Maybe it's an emergency medical authorization when I leave my kids with the baby sitter, maybe it's a promissory note for a loan, or even a receipt for a private sale of an automobile. I found at least a dozen forms that I could use right off the bat (or that I wish I'd had in the past)! We have all 303 forms listed on the web site, so you can be sure of what you’re getting. Any one of these would run big bucks from your local legal firm, you can get the whole lot of them from us for $12.97!! (of course, this is not a substitute for legal advice). http://www.worldstart.com/store/303-professional-legal.htm On to the newsletter!!
Q: A: Internet Explorer & Outlook Express Users: Click your View menu, Text Size, and select the size you want to view your web pages at. Netscape Users: Click the View menu and select either "Increase Font" or "Decrease Font" Opera Users: In the upper right hand corner of the toolbar there is a drop-down menu to zoom in or out. You can also go to View and Zoom, then select the percentage. The cool thing about Opera compared to other browsers is that it doesn't just increase the text size, but the graphics as well! One quick

Cool Wheel Mouse Tricks If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel on it, you can do some cool tricks... Shift & Spin Ever wonder what happens when you hold down the Shift key on a web page and spin the wheel on your wheel mouse? Explorer goes either back or forward, depending on which direction you spin. Give it a try. Open up Explorer and follow a few links. Then, hold down your SHIFT key and spin that wheel. CTRL & Spin If you are in a web browser (Explorer or Netscape) or reading an email in Outlook Express, hold down your Ctrl key and spin the wheel. It makes the text larger or smaller depending on which way you spin. For Opera users, it magnifies both the images and the text. Not only does this spinning technique save lots of time, but it has the added bonus of impressing the heck out of any novice computer users in the area during said spin. What more could you want? :-) ~ Steve Have
