Back Up Your MS Office
Have you invested a lot of time tweaking the AutoCorrect lists in your MS Office programs?
Are you looking for a way to back up those lists?
Well, the trick is to know what type of file it is you’re looking for.
The “secret” is to know that AutoCorrect files have an .acl file extension.
With that information, you’ll need to run a search in Windows for these files. (I searched on my system and found several of them in a variety of locations, so you too will need to run a search).
Once found, you can include them in whatever backup routine you usually follow, all while hopefully saving some time and energy later. That is, should you need them again!
