Beverly from New York asks:
I use Firefox and would like to know how can I copy my bookmarks and load them into a new computer?
Fortunately, Mozilla Firefox lets you make a backup of your bookmarks. In this tip, you’ll learn how to backup your bookmarks and how to retrieve them later.
To make a backup of your bookmarks, perform the following steps:
Open Firefox.
Click the Bookmarks menu and then click the Organize Bookmarks menu option, as highlighted below.

The Library window appears, as shown below. In this window, click the Import and Backup button and then the Backup… option.

After you click Backup, the Bookmarks backup filename dialog box appears. In this dialog box, specify the name of the backup file. This is the file that will store your bookmarks. When you want to retrieve them, you’ll be importing this file.

Click the Save button.
That’s it!
To retrieve the bookmarks on another computer, perform the following steps:
Copy the bookmarks backup file into the new computer.
Open Firefox.
Click the Bookmarks menu and then click the Organize Bookmarks menu option.
The Library window appears, as shown below. In this window, click the Import and Backup button.
Click Restore and then Choose File… option, as shown below.

After you click Choose File, the Select a bookmarks backup dialog box appears. In this dialog box, specify the Bookmarks Backup file and then click the Open button. The Bookmarks Backup file is the file that contains your bookmarks.

The Revert Bookmarks dialog box appears. Click the OK button.

Close the Library window.
The retrieved bookmarks will now be visible in the Bookmarks menu.
