Cell Formatting Trick

Do you constantly find yourself going to the Format menu, Cells choice to make changes in MS Excel? (You know, for things like data format, text direction, borders, fill color, etc.)

Next time skip the menu and highlight the cells you need to format. (Don’t forget that holding down the Shift key while using directional keys will highlight cells.)
