Is there anything you can tell me about CloudEight Stationery?
I sure can! I was checking that out myself the other day and it’s very cool. If you’re into e-mail stationery, you’re definitely going to want to check this out, so keep on reading!
Are you tired of the same old stationery choices your e-mail gives you? You know, Outlook Express has the “Citrus Punch” and the “Sunflower,” but not all of those are very seasonal, are they? Most of those are better for the summertime. So, what about the fall and winter, etc? If you’re hearing what I’m saying, then you should spice up your e-mails with CloudEight.
What is it, you ask? CloudEight Stationery is one of the most popular Web sites today that offers free e-mail stationery. CloudEight is designed specifically for Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook, so if you use either of those e-mail programs, you’re all set!
You can use any of CloudEight’s stationery by visiting their Web site. They have stationery for every occasion you could think of; from birthdays to anniversaries to all of the holidays. You’ll always be able to find something for the special e-mails you want to send out. You can browse through their stationery library from the homepage. All of the categories are listed on the left hand side of the page, so just click on the link for the section you want to browse through. When you find one you like, you just need to download it to your computer so you can start using it.
Each stationery choice has its own page and there are directions for downloading on each of those. Just follow the directions and when you have that part done, you can insert your new stationery into your e-mails. How cool is that?!
To do so in Outlook Express, go to Message, New Message Using, Select Stationery. You can then browse for the one you downloaded from CloudEight and it will automatically create a new e-mail for you with that stationery added as the e-mail’s background. For MS Outlook, go to Actions, New Mail Message Using, More Stationery and do the same thing. It’s so simple! Here’s an example of one I sent to another staff members here in the office for Halloween. It’s a dancing skeleton and it even has music to go along with it. It’s listed as “Halloween 2″ on CloudEight if you’re interested.
CloudEight even has a newsletter (it’s free!) you can sign up for, which then puts you under the “Member” status. There are certain stationery choices that are for members only, so you might want to keep that mind. CloudEight promises that there is no spyware that comes along with their stationery, which is always a plus as well! They also offer some screensavers and wallpaper options, so you’ll want to be sure to take a look at those too.
So, go ahead and check out CloudEight! Choose a Halloween image to send to all your friends as a “Happy Halloween” e-mail or if someone’s birthday is coming up soon, send them a birthday e-mail. The options are endless and it’s so much fun! Go to it!
