After bringing you that nifty clock that changes color to match hexadecimal codes, I thought it would be cool to bring you a site just on the color codes.

Enter color-hex! This site is an awesome tool that helps you get color code information for multiple kinds of color codes. You have your choicec from RGB, HSL, HSV, CMYK, css, and even html color codes.

If you need help at anytime, you can check out the site’s Help page which offers tips on searching for colors.

When you arrive at the site you’re greeted by an assortment of Users Latest Favorite Colors.  At the top of the page you’ll find the color search engine where you can type in a search using a color hex, name, rgb, etc. Or you can click the color square next to it and select the color from the palette. Click choose to go to that color’s information page.

Another really cool feature on this site is the Latest Palettes section where you can see color palettes that other users have put together on the site.

To make your own color palette’s you’ll need an account. Just click the Login button and then choose the Register Now link. It will switch the form to a registration form that you’ll fill out with a username, password, and an e-mail address.

Then to make a palette, click Palettes at the top of the page and select Add New Palette. You’ll select colors and then save the palette when it’s complete.

This site is a cool way to explore color, go check it out today!
