Order Questions

When you place an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an expected shipping date. The expected ship date is usually between four and seven business days from the date of ordering. Once your order has shipped you will receive your items in three to seven business days depending on your location. Orders will ship via the United States Postal Service. International orders can take much longer to be delivered and will be transferred from the USPS to the local mail carrier in the country of delivery.

International shipping to Canada is $7.50 per pound per item and international shipping to Australia is $13.00 per pound per item. You may be responsible for local duties/taxes as we delare all items on customs forms that are ordered.

If an item is in stock and available for faster shipment you can use the below form to e-mail customer service to request a quote for expedited shipping. Please do not place an order as we can not modify the shipping method once an order as been placed for an item.

We offer a 60 day money return policy on all of the products we sell. This excludes serialized software unless the program disk is damaged in which case it will be replaced with a non-damaged copy. (Serialized software has a serial number and will have a “this item is not returnable” sticker on the package.) In order to return an item please mail the item using USPS first class mail to:

If you would like a REFUND or CREDIT TO WORLDSTART STORE ACCOUNT or REPLACEMENT (EXCHANGE FOR SAME ITEM).

A credit or replacement will be issued in the same manner as the purchase was made. Please note that if we no longer have the purchased item in stock, a credit will be issued automatically. Once the return or replacement has been processed, you will receive a credit e-mail or reship e-mail.

Please note that reships are not recharged to you. They are processed free of charge.

We apologize but the software we sell is licensed by serial number and we do not keep records of what serial number is sold to each customer. Please make sure to write down your serial number on software you receive and store it in a safe place.
