Cooking with Kids ^[1]

This is a fun site that is filled with recipes for kids to make! One of the children I babysit is obsessed with cooking – he just adores it! If he stays this passionate about cooking, he might just grow up to be a chef!

I was looking for kid friendly recipes that we could make together, when I was watching him, so I started searching online and found this site. There are a ton of different recipes here!

To get started, click the Recipes tab, and then your next step will be to select one of the many categories: Easy Bake Oven (I’ll be using this with one of the girls I babysit), Breakfast, Easy Lunch & Snack, Main Dish, Fruits & Veggie, Dessert & Sweets, Baked Goods, Drinks & Smoothie, Holiday, and Recipes to Go with Themes!

That’s a ton of recipes! I really like to let him navigate the site and pick what we’re going to make the next time I visit! Then I bring the ingredients with me and we have a blast in the kitchen!

This is an awesome way to get kids interested in food, and start teaching them how to cook! Check it out!
