So, if you read the Outlook Today tip from Friday’s newsletter, you might be wondering what type of options you have regarding this little feature.
Well, wonder no more, because that’s just what we’re going to look at today.
I don’t know if you noticed, but the Outlook Today window had the customize button right on the page. That’s so much easier than searching through menus!
Take a look in the upper right corner of the Outlook Today window.
Yep, right there in plain sight is the link to your customization wishes. Click the Customize Outlook Today button to get started.
Immediately, you’ll see the following list of choices:
You can make decisions regarding which message folders of which to report, how many days of your calendar to display, which tasks to list, choose a style for the display and whether or not Outlook Today should be your start up screen for MS Outlook.
It’s all pretty self-explanatory if you just take a moment to go through and look around.
Once you’ve made your decisions, click the Save Changes button in the upper right hand corner.
That’s it. It’s Outlook Today your way, making an already useful tool just a little bit more!
