Download Your Facebook Information

These days, it seems as though Facebook is the primary mode of communication for friends and family – at least in my circle. I’ve put up photos and news about my activities; scheduled events for family functions – you name it, and I’ve probably posted it on Facebook at one time or another.
That’s why today’s tip is so special. We’re going to learn how to download all of your Facebook information in just a few easy-to-follow steps.
First, log into your Facebook account. Once in, click the little arrow in the upper right-hand corner, then Account Settings.
On the next page, look towards the bottom and click Download a copy of your Facebook data.
The next page is where you’ll tell Facebook to archive all of your items. Go ahead and click on the Start My Archive button. You’ll get a warning that it may take a bit to gather all your info. When you’re ready, click Start My Archive a second time.
Now hang in there! You should receive an e-mail to the address associated with your Facebook account once your information zip file is ready. Follow the instructions to download all of your Facebook information in it. Pictures, events, friends; all of your walls posts – everything!
How incredibly useful!
