Excel Word Wrap For Many Cells
So, you’ve got a whole range of cells with a lot of text?
Maybe you’ve got a row or column of titles and the whole Alt + Enter thing would just take way too much time. I mean, who wants to go through cell by cell to get the word wrap set?
Not me either!
So what now?
Believe it or not, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. Select the cell(s) that need text to wrap.
2. Go to the Format menu, Cells choice. (Ctrl + 1 works too.)
3. On the Alignment tab, check the Wrap Text box.
Now simple click OK to return to the worksheet. (You got me—that made 4 steps, but who’s counting anyway?)
That’s it. Now you’re a wrappin’ expert too.
