Facebook Profile Badge
Hello everyone! I’d like to show you a fantastic new Facebook tip. As I’m sure you know, Facebook is a great personal and professional tool to keep in touch with family, friends, and colleagues. It is much easier to find and keep in contact on Facebook by name, rather than email or phone. To let everyone know about your Facebook page, you can create a Profile Badge, which is a little image that links to your Facebook with your individual information. Profile Badges can be placed in an email signature, message board, website, blog and many other places. The information automatically updates and is visible to everyone, even non-Facebook members. If this sounds like a great idea to you, keep reading!
1.) Visit www.facebook.com, and log in to your Facebook account.
2.) Click on the Profile link at the top of the page.

3.) Scroll all the way down to the bottom, and on the right hand side, click the Create a profile badge link.

4.) You will see the default badge listed, click the option, Edit this Badge.

5.) Here’s the fun part! You get to pick and choose exactly what you want on your badge. Would you like a horizontal badge, or vertical? Do you want to include your email address? Phone number? Status updates? It’s all up to you. Just add and select whatever item you like. Once you have completed that step, click Save.

6.) Presto! You’re profile badge is ready. To place it in email messages and websites, Copy the HTML code, and paste it wherever you please.

7.) If you would like to create another badge, for example, for personal and work use, go ahead and click on Create a new badge, and that’s all there is to it!
