Finding Tabs in Spreadsheets

I create a large number of tabs in Excel 2007 spreadsheets, each with a distinct title. Is there a way to search for a specific tab within the spreadsheet? Some of the spreadsheets might have 100 or more tabs.

Thanks for the question Richard. I found a couple answers, but only one of them worked for me. This may not be what you’re looking for, as it’s not really a search, but if you right click on one of the arrows to the left of the tabs, a list will appear that contains the names of all the tabs in the workbook. You can then select a tab from the list. This should make them at least somewhat easier to find.
