I don’t know when my fascination with the Gaelic language began, but it was sometime in my childhood. I remember getting out a Gaelic language tape from the library and trying to teach myself how to speak it. Unsuccessfully, I might add.
When I found this site, I knew I had to share it with all of you. To get started scroll down to the Contents sections, there you will find a listing of sections that you can explore. To name a few: Gaelic Languages, The Celts and the Six Celtic Languages, Gaelic-L: The Language List and Electronic Library, and Gaelic Music. A lot of the sections will lead you to more sites with information on Gaelic culture.
You will find a wealth of information on the different cultures that used a form of the Gaelic language. This site was a lot of fun to explore. I hope you’ll check it out today!
