With that, let’s learn how to set a vacation responder in Gmail.
First, log in to your Gmail account and go to Settings in the upper right-hand corner.
Once there, scroll down, and near the bottom of the page you should see the Vacation Responder area. Here, you can set the dates you’re going away, a personal message, and also whether or not this message goes out to everyone or just folks in your contact list.
Simply fill out everything necessary and hit Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Now, when anyone writes you a message, they’ll get a pleasant (or unpleasant, depending on the nature of the trip) response.
