Go Meals

It seems like no matter where you look (television/internet/advertisements around town) everyone is focused on eating healthier and getting fit. Even fast food joints are trying to emphasize their healthier meals. So it was only a matter of time before someone made an awesome application for your cell phone to make finding those healthy options easier.

Go Meals is free application made for iPhones, iPad, iPod Touch and Android devices that makes it easy to find healthy food to eat and track the calories you are eating while you are out and about. What I really like about sending you to the website for the app first is that you can use the demo and see if this something you’ll use before you download it to your phone. I also like that this app was designed to help people with diabetes making good eating choices and provide them with nutrition facts.

Other sections you can check out while you are here using the navigational tabs are: Features, Demo, Reviews, Resources, and FAQ. Whenever I’m checking out a new application for my phone I always check the reviews to see what other people have to say about it. It is from reviewers that you’re going to find out if there are any annoying bugs, or features that don’t work properly. I’m generally just looking for more positive reviews than negative ones, and to see what people do and don’t like about the app.

The next thing I check out is the FAQ. If an app doesn’t have a FAQ more than likely I won’t download it, because I much prefer to be able to troubleshoot/figure out why something isn’t working on my own. I also think that it shows that a company is really thinking about the needs of their customers and what sorts of questions they might come up with about the application.

So what are you waiting for? Go check out this app and see if it is something you could really make the most out of!
