Google Blog Search

Do you use the Google toolbar with your Internet Explorer Web browser? If you don’t, you may want to rethink that in the near future. I understand that you may use another type of toolbar (Yahoo!, AOL, etc.), but Google really does offer it all. If you’re not sure what all comes with the Google toolbar, read here to find out.

Now, along with all of that, Google also has what is called a Blog Search and it is the perfect tool for any avid blogger. With just a click of a button, you can search for all types of blogs that may interest you. If there’s a person in the world who has a blog about any type of topic, you’ll be able to find it with the Blog Search. That’s a promise! Google is also constantly updating the blog index, so when you search, you’re guaranteed to get the most accurate results.

To add the Blog Search button to your toolbar, find the Settings pull down menu on the toolbar and choose Options. Next, hit the Buttons tab and place a checkmark next to the Google Blog Search choice. Click Add and then OK. You can then go back to your browser’s main page and you’ll see the button on your toolbar. It will look like the image you see above. Once you’re all set with that, just click the button once and you’ll be taken to the Google Blog Search Web page. There, you can type in any topic name and hit Search. You can then start to enjoy all the blogs your little heart desires!
