You call it the “address bar”, Google Chrome calls it the “Omnibox”, because of all the cool stuff it can do! For example, if you need a quick answer to a simple mathematical question – say, what’s 6% of 5,600 – then all you have to do is put your query in the Omnibox and the answer will pop up almost immediately!
Use it for addition, subtraction, multiplication, finding percentages and more! It’s way faster than opening up your calculator or even browsing over to Google itself to do the calculation!

for some reason I can’r get this to work. it would be a very useful tool.
It works just as quickly in Firefox, Also in Internet Explorer it works just the same.
This works exactly the same in Internet Explorer, and just about the same in Firefox. Maybe you want everyone to thing this cool feature is exclusive to Google Chrome?
