Google Scholar

Do you have a friend or loved one making their way through college? My wife is just getting ready to complete her Master’s Degree, and I can remember all the trouble she had with finding scholarly literature to write her papers on. I don’t think normal people go to the library 5 and 6 times a week, but we did.
But then I found out about “Google Scholar”, where you can search all kinds of academically published books, papers, peer-reviews and theses. It’s the perfect tool for info and citations!
Give it a look by typing in scholar.google.com into your browser. The interface is pretty self-explanatory, allowing you to use filter options to specify time, and to include/exclude citations!
Never knew about this one! My wife’s going to be mad!
Give it a try!
