I have purchased Professor Teaches Windows 7. I did get it installed OK but I cannot get my screen resolution set that I can see the whole screen. Any setting I have tried when they say click on an icon at the bottom left corner it’s not there and also I have a problem even closing out the program without hitting control-alt-delete to get into the task manager and then close out the program.  Can you give me any suggestions as to how to set my screen resolution and also the zoom setting?

Hello Geraldine,

It sounds as if you do have your screen zoomed in. Go to the Control Panel from the Start menu, the click on Appearance and Personalization.

Under Display, click on Make text and other items larger or smaller. On the screen that pops up, you can choose to make all items larger or smaller, and also have the option to change only the size of text.

You can also use the control panel to adjust the screen resolution, if necessary.

As an added note, to close a program you can also use the keyboard shortcut of Alt-F4, (the function keys at the top, not F and 4) rather than ctrl-alt-del.
