How can you get a receipt requested on Email, I know it used to be on the task bar, showing that the email had either been read or deleted without being read.
You don’t specify which program you’re using, so I’m offering the instructions for Outlook. Here’s the procedure to get receipts for the more recent versions of Outlook. In Outlook, select File and then Options.
When the Options window opens, choose Mail.
You will be presented with a long list of options, scroll down until you come to Tracking. There you will be able to set your preferences for receipts.
