How do you decide whose question you are going to answer in full and who are you going to send ” to worldstart”.is it like a lottery?.I have never won the lottery so my chances of getting my question answered are none.
It’s anything but a lottery when it comes to questions. We read every single question we get, but the volume of questions would make it pretty difficult to answer each and every one of them individually.
The first criteria for taking a question is – Do we have enough information to answer it? Sometimes we get questions like “What programs work with my computer?” with no indication of the computer, operating system or programs.
The next step will be to find out if any of our writers have the answer to that question. Sometimes we just can’t duplicate an issue. Also, if we get 5 questions on the same topic, we’ll pick one question to represent all of the readers.
If we have recently published an article on the same topic, we probably won’t answer that question again in the newsletter. Make sure you search WorldStart.com to see if your question has already been answered recently.
