I bought the computer ($740.00 with all the bells and whistles)(not cheap!) on the 27th upset as I could not longer get a Win 7. I bought it on Saturday, took out of box on Sunday, put back in box on Thurs, returned on Saturday. 3 crashes in 4 days(your OS is unstable please run your restore!) was more than I wanted to put up with and then, when you did the restore it says that (your programs will be lost but your data will be saved)!! What kind of a program is that?!!!! Then HP and a few other laptops have decided the touch pad has to be rough..(hard on fingers) tried your win 8 . I just purchased a new windows 8 HP computer and HATE IT.. not HP , just the OS.. My former vista crashed so "had" to buy the 8..
