Office 2003 Could Be Hacker’s Playground
With the end of support for Microsoft Office 2003 coming in April 2014, a lot of businesses could be vulnerable to malicious attacks. Just like Windows XP, Office 2003 will no longer receive security updates or bug fixes.
But a lot of home and business users are perfectly happy with Office 2003 and aren’t in any hurry to change. Especially businesses who might have to retrain their employees to use the completely different interface of programs like Office 2013.
But businesses using Office 2013 will likely be a prime target for attacks, putting their date and their customer’s data at risk.

Good news for Mexicans and for Amazon. The company has just launched their Kindle store for our neighbors to the South. The store will offer over 2 million eBooks, including most Spanish language best-sellers, 1,500 free books in Spanish and works in Nahuatl and other Mexican indigenous languages.
“The vast majority of Mexicans do not have access to a bookstore in their town, so we’re happy to launch the Mexico Kindle Store today and bring a huge bookstore with over 2 million titles to anyone with an Internet connection,” said Pedro Huerta, Director of Kindle Content, Latin America.
4K TV Prices Drop – Still Expensive
The price of 4K TVs is dropping – by a lot – but they are still pretty darn expensive.
Industry publications say LG is dropping the price of its 65″ 4K TV by $1500. Samsung and Sony are also slashing prices of their 65″ models by $1500
A 4K TV will still cost you close to $6,000.
