I am age 73. I bought the i5 (delivery is 28-30 days out). I won’t be able to use but a small fraction of its capabilities, but I’ll be darn if I’m going to stay in the “technologically deprived” status just because I don’t know it all. Steve, thanks for the tip. (However, I do find more value in the “how to” tips than the commercials.

I love the review! Everything I wanted to know. I hope you will update us as you go along so we know your ongoing thoughts. As for Daniel, obviously the review isn’t for you if you do nothing but receive and make calls, why even read the review and then complain on something you have no need to know about?

Since the only thing I want a phone to do is let me receive and make calls, all of this is a total waste. It is almost impossible to get an wireless phone service to provide the kind of equipment I want. Instead, I have to jump through ridiculous hoops to get all the garbage shut off so I don’t accidently get the pone doing something and wasting my minutes on garbage I have no desire or need. The WorldStart newsletter is rapidly becoming useless for me since it does little to offer reivews of the kind of applications I use.
