The Following issue(s) have been found for USB to USB Direct Net Link Cable:
1: Don't know how to use the cable.
2: Don't know what to do with software disk.

There are two manuals for the cable. The first is for the cord itself, the second is for the software called Thunderbird that is built into the cable.
Problem:
I received the cable but i do not know what to do with the software disk that came with it.Solution:
If you are using any operating system newer than windows 98, you do not need the disk.
If you are using windows 98, insert the disk then open the folder for the cable. Double click on the .exe file listed there.
