The Following issue(s) have been found for 23-in-1 USB 2.0 Card Reader and Writer:

1: No instructions / drivers disk

Problem:

I received my 23-in-1 Card Reader and it says it is supposed to have a drivers disk and users manual. Where are these items?

Solution:

The manufacturer of the 23-in-1 Card Reader stopped making the users manual and drivers disk because they are no longer needed.

If your computer is running anything newer than windows 98SE, you do not need these items. Plug the card reader into a USB port on your computer and the drivers will be automatically installed.

After the drivers are installed, new disk drives will appear under "my computer". You can access the different memory cards by going to these new disks.

If you are using windows 98SE and need the drivers, you can download them here. After downloading the file, unzip it then run the .exe file found inside. Next, connect the card reader and the system will recognize it.
