The Following issue(s) have been found for Harward Optical Mouse:
1: Mouse will not connect (no english directions)
Problem:
I recieved my Harward Optical mouse and it will not work. The mouse lights up, but the cursor does not appear or move.Solution:
In order to get the Harward mouse working, you need to connect it to the receiver through it's wireless connection.
To do this, first plug the receiver into your USB port and insert the batteries into the mouse.
Next, press the button on the receiver. A blue light should start blinking.
Now, hold the mouse near the receiver and press the small black button on the underside for a couple seconds. You should see that the blue light on the receiver will stop blinking.
The mouse should now work properly.
NOTE: These steps will also need to be taken when the batteries are changed.
