Problem:
I am trying to install North American Birds and I am receiving an error. How do install this program?Solution:
If you are having trouble installing the North American Birds CD, here is what to do:
First, Insert the disk.
Next, Go to "my computer" ("computer" on Vista)
Next, Right click on the North American birds disk and choose "open" (NOTE: do not choose "open Auto-run).
You will now see a list of files. Find the file called "INSTALL.EXE" or "INSTALL" and double click on it. This will start the installation and the program will install correctly.
