Problem:
When i try to install Search and Recover 4, i get an error saying that the program cannot contact iolo.com. My internet connection works.Solution:
If you are getting this error, you can fix the problem by visiting iolo.com and downloading the newest version of search and recover. Here is what to do.
First, go to http://www.iolo.com
Click on the free trials tab and click on Search and recover.
Download and install the free trial of Search and recover. During the installation, you will be asked if you already own a serial number. choose yes. Enter the serial number and the program will install.
You will now have the full version of search and recover installed on the system.
