Please note: The flashlight ships with a clear protective plastic on top of the battery compartment to prevent corrosion. You MUST remove this clear plastic before powering on the flashlight or it will not turn on. Unscrew the back of the flashlight and remove the clear plastic disc from between the spring and the battery compartment and your flashlight will function perfectly.

Please note: The battery compartment has a protective piece of paper in it to prevent corrosion, please unscrew the cap and remove the protective paper before attempting to turn the flash light on. Failure to remove this paper will cause the flashlight not to turn on until the paper is removed.
