PLEASE NOTE: This manual is written for several versions of the Sansa Connect. There are features mentioned in the manual that this model does not do.
Also, we found additional software for this player that converts files. This software is not needed to use the player as it works perfectly with windows media player. With that said, if you would like to use it, you can download it here.
