UPEK Eikon TrueMe USB Fingerprint Reader Help & Drivers

Driver/Software Installation Files:

To download a self extracting compressed file of the drivers, software and manual (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7) please use the following link.

Please run the 7785.exe file and extract the files to either c:\upek or to your desktop under a folder named upek. You will need to open the files using the instructions below once they are unzipped.

Please install the software contained in the software folder. Please select 32 or 64bit folder. To find out if you are running 32 or 64bit windows please right click on Computer and go to properties. Look under System Type:XX-bit operating system.

Example: c:\upek\software\32bit\setup.exe

Once you have installed the software plug in the fingerprint reader and if windows prompts you for the driver location select driver folder\driver\your-versions-of-windows

Example: c:\upek\driver\driver\xp-32bit

Once installed, reboot your computer and use the new fingerprint registration tool. More advanced instructions for the software can be found in the manual directory or download the manual here:
