Lock Windows Fast

Here’s a super-quick quicktip for everyone out there using Windows XP through Windows 7. If you want to lock your computer the super-duper quick way just press your Windows Key + L.

Voila! Your computer is locked!

Quick and easy!

I have seen this tip a number of times, but have never used it. OK, it is now locked, but how do I unlock?

I like the tip but would you lock your Windows without knowing how to unlock them? Would you take the chance? Dwight

To those who asked how to unlock it – just type in your password. Maybe you don’t have your computer password protected, in which case I don’t imagine it would lock. My windows key is located on the left side of the bottom row of keys – between Ctrl & Alt. It has the windows logo on it.
