Microsoft is offering a significant price break to college students on its Office 365 subscription service. The regular price for Office 365 Home Premium is $99 per year for a household. This allows your family to use Office programs on up to five devices.

Office 365 University will cost $79.99 for a four-year subscription, just $1.67 a month.  It is available for PC or Mac.  The offer includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher and Access. Students will get 20 GB of cloud storage for documents and photos and 60 free Skype world minutes per month.

Full and part-time students and staff of accredited colleges or universities are eligible. Each student can use Office 365 University on two computers, smartphones or tablets.

Considering the price of higher education these days, it’s nice for students and their parents to get a bit of a price break somewhere. You can get more details and try out a free trial at microsoft.com.
