MS Office: Getting the Most Out of the Vertical Scroll Bar

Moving through lengthy files without a specific search criteria for the Find feature can be a pain. We often find ourselves scrolling up and down but things are just moving too fast to really see what’s in your current view and it’s entirely possible to accidentally fly right by entire sections.
Some may be surprised to discover that there’s more to the vertical scroll bar then just grabbing the button and quickly dragging it here and there.
You can use the vertical scroll bar to make controlled movements through your file based on where you click.

That’s really all there is to it… a deliberately placed click on the vertical scroll bar will give you a lot more control in your document navigation… and who couldn’t use a little more control in their life?
