Multiple Homepages in Firefox

Posted By On February 15, 2005 @ 1:52 PM In Using The Internet | Comments Disabled

You heard correctly. Thanks to tabbed browsing, the Mozilla Firefox web browser lets you have more than one homepage come up at startup. Since all the pages load at the same time this is also a big time saver.

Let’s say you like to check the news, weather and our newsletter every morning. All you do is open up all the pages you want in separate tabs in a single window then go to Tools/Options and click the “General” button. Under “Home Page” press the “Use Current Pages” button.

When you press the “Home” button or open up Firefox you will be greeted with all your favorite sites. Keep in mind though, if you are surfing around and hit Home, it will bring up all the pages, not just one.
