New Release: Firefox 3.0.3
I’m sure all you die hard Firefox fans have already heard about this, but just in case you haven’t, I’m here to fill you in! If you’ve been enjoying the new Firefox 3 Web browser, you’re going to love it even more after today. On September 26, 2008 (just this past Friday), the Mozilla team released a new version of Firefox 3. That’s right, Firefox 3.0.3 has made its debut and it’s now available for download. Keep reading for all the details!
As you may know, version 3.0.2 was released on September 23, 2008, but a few more changes were needed, so Mozilla went ahead and fixed them with another version. So, basically, v3.0.3 includes all the new features from both releases. I know that’s a little confusing, but I wanted to make sure you knew you’re getting everything you need with version 3.0.3. Now, some of the new features include several security and stability updates, minor issues were fixed with the layout of certain Web pages, several theme problems were taken care of and various hang ups and crashes were addressed.
Of course, that’s not all that was changed, but the list is too long for the space I have in the newsletter! However, you can see a complete list of the updates on this Web site. Then you can go here to see everything else that was fixed for version 3.0.3. Also, if you haven’t done so already and you would like to download Firefox 3.0.3, you can do so here. Once you check everything out, I think you’ll really start to see why Firefox is “the browser that has it all.” Get the latest copy of Firefox for yourself today!
