"Just
want to let you know how helpful your email info has been to
me, a non-expert.
My friend, Brenda Robinson, told me about your site. I look forward to the
computer 101 lessons; Those that I find useful and appropriate, are copied
to a file to be accessed when and if needed. Please keep this going. Love the
stories, too."

"Hi
Steve,
Being a techie for a major computer company, and a subscriber to your newsletter,
I want to tell you how much your advice helps the beginner and novice users
out there. It is a great newsletter, written precisely on a layman's terms,
giving beneficial and understanding info to those in need. Great Job, keep
up the good work. Just wanted to let you know you are highly recognized and
respected in the tech industry. Best Wishes."

"I
REALLY enjoy your newsletters. The "personal" touch
you give them makes you stands heads above all the others.
Keep up the good work and know that you are appreciated by
me."

"I
received the Virus named Darknight@cableone.net yesterday and
thanks to your information my computer was not infected. Unfortunately
I deleted it before I wrote down the actual name of the virus
that showed up when my virus scan detected it.
The e-mail came in and I didn't know who it was from and using your advise
I saved it to disk ( or at least tried to ) and a message popped up that the
e-mail had a virus and couldn't be saved. I then deleted the e-mail and ran
a Virus scan on the computer just to be safe. It paid off NO Virus. I'm glad
I have subscribed to your letter."

"I have been receiving your newsletters
for quite a while, and I think I've just been taking for
granted the wealth of info you send just in your newsletters
alone!
I
visited your web page for the first time in months, or maybe
as much as a year, and I was pleasantly surprised at all
the changes, and extremely impressed.
I
know you have shut down from time to time for improvements
and such, but I never gave it a second thought that the newsletters
would continue. I just wanted to say Thanks for your newsletters,
your web page, and your diligence in obtaining all the information
and opportunities you make available for your subscribers!"

"I
have been meaning to drop you a line for quite some time now.
After you were gone for almost a week recently, I really missed
seeing your VERY informative daily pages. I am fairly new at
the PC and you great comments have been most helpful to me.
One
area that I like the most is your daily Tip section. Since
you change your format a while back and it now shows a picture
of your PC screen and what it should look like as we follow
along, even we beginners can't miss.
I also
want to speak about your "chat board"----Those people
on there that fill up page after page about questions and answers
are most helpful to us "newbies". I have used it
many times for my questions and they have been very polite
and helped me a lot."

"Steve,
Just
wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your emails; I've recommended
them to several people.
I
really like the way you present your information, along with
URLs to click on for more details; I enjoy all the different
subjects you cover (especially the computer tips!). The information
itself covers a multitude of areas which many people don't
have a lot of knowledge about, and it is much appreciated!
I
am always impressed by the way you have your emails formatted;
they are orderly, logical, and easy to read and follow up
on. Also, I can't remember having ever received any other
regular emails that actually have all words spelled correctly
and are grammatically correct! This is actually important
for most people; if there are errors like this, the impression
is that the author may be careless, sloppy, and/or uncaring,
or they would have tried to craft a better product.
From
time to time, I unsubscribe from emails that I thought initially
might be good ones to receive; I can't think of any reason
why I would ever do that from yours - it would be quite a
loss for me!
All
in all, I just wanted to tell you what a GREAT JOB you're
doing!!"

"I just wanted to let you know what a fine job you are doing with your newsletter.
I have been involved with computers my entire professional career. That means
I give a lot of help to a lot of people. I can tell you that I have found no
single better resource about helping people understand their computer and than
your letter. It's simple, common sense, funny and written in English (as opposed
to computer-speak!). I have recommended your letter to all my family, relatives,
friends, co-workers and customers.
Thank you and keep up the good work!"
