"Dear Sirs,
I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your site! I paid for a year of lessons from Gateway when I bought my computer because I didn't have a clue. That was a year ago and you have taught me more than I have learned from the lessons. Thank you, Keep up the good work."

"This is by far the absolute best e-zine (Computer Tips) I have ever seen on the net. I actually can't wait to get each newsletter, and I've been online since 1996! Super job to you and everyone involved with WorldStart.com, from the newsletters to the excellent "eye-appeal" of the well-designed website. I've ordered CD's, screensavers, subscribed to your publications, actually used and benefited from the super computer tips, you name it. I'm in Cyber-Heaven with this whole package! Congratulations on having the best thing on the net!"

"Just a note to say this newsletter is really a great help to me. You seem to know exactly what would be helpful to someone like me. Big stuff, and little stuff that would probably never show up even in a paid course by experts. Not all of it is for me, but I keep finding help to problems which had been bugging me, not to mention things I didn't even know I might want, but which sure make life easier.

How to highlight text by clicking beginning and end holding down the shift key, how to move items stuck in the top of the screen are two examples. There are many more that I can't recall off hand. A lot of the cool sites are now in my favorites folder, and I have got mucho laughs and info thanks all of you.

I am constantly amazed that all this is free (and so much else on the Internet), and would like to express appreciation."

"I don't keep many newsletters, usually delete them right away, but I have been saving yours, because your Q. and A. have helped me soooooooooo much. And your Tips, are the greatest. I am a novice at the computer, but have you to thank for many of my accomplishments. I also am a Sr. at age 71, and loving this mode of communication.
Keep up the great work."

"I have been with you for many years and I really do enjoy getting your letters. In this tech world we live in, it is refreshing to get an honest personal touch that you provide. Your letters have always touched me and I pass them on to others I know that need up lifting. Your computer software letters are helpful also. I can't wait until I see the new ones your working on. I will continue to buy your software, not only is it always a great deal but it helps support what you do so well."

"I just wanted to thank-you soooooo much for this WONDERFUL news letter. I have only had my computer for about 1 year and I am self taught. I had so many questions and this news letter is JUST WHAT I NEEDED !!!!! I had been getting another news letter but it was way over my head---couldn't understand what they were talking about. Yours' is so easy to understand and I have picked up all kind of tricks from you in the short time that I have been getting it. I have a folder that I am keeping them in just for future reference and I also send to a friend of mine when there is something that would interest her. I just wanted you to know how much that I appreciate your hard work because I know you probably get tired at times and wonder if it is all worth it.---YES YES YES it is. THANK-YOU THANK-YOU THANK-YOU again. Just keep these wonderful news letters coming to my e-mail box.

" :) I found your newsletter completely by accident, and have only been receiving it for a few months, but I LOVE IT!!! You discuss common everyday subjects in language a 66 year old grandmother can understand!!

I have been accessing the internet since 1996- love my e-mail and don't know where I would be without this wonderful technology!! But I do learn something new every day, and it is usually from your newsletter. Thank you, so much!!"
~ Lynnese

"I want to say thank you so much for sending the tips and tricks in your newsletter. I have learned so many new things lately since subscribing to your newsletter. The one that prompted me to write this email was the one titled "Just the picture please"......this is fantastic !! There's been a lot of times when I would love to just be able to print the picture alone, without all the junk around it. NOW....I can !!

I'm like a kid with a new toy, haha, I can't wait til tomorrow to see what's going to be in your newsletter for the day !! This is much easier than reading the 'Computers for Dummies' haha"

"I am just writing to say thanks. I've been on the 'net since 1994 and have subscribed to various newsletters over the years. And honestly, most of them just wasted space in my Inbox. Then you came along. I really don't remember how I found your website. But I've been reading your newsletter for about a month now and I truly look forward to every issue. Your information and Computer 101 tips are always great (even the fundamental stuff) and your writing style is wonderful. So thank you. Should you ever need anything, please drop me a line."
~ Polly

"When things get you down and you wonder why you are doing what you are, rest assured that there are lot of people out here in computer land who eagerly await your helpful newsletters. I have come across several people who receive them. The first time I was amazed to think someone else in this area received your newsletter. WOW I am not the only one! How they found you I don't know but you are really helping alot of people. Keep up the good work.... :)"
