I'm going to start with my absolute FAVORITE feature! It's a preview pane and it's the one thing that seriously missing from Windows! How's it work? Easy - simply enable the plane (it's a quick on and off), then click a file. A preview of that file will show up in the preview pane! It's amazingly handy - I mean, have you ever been sorting through a folder full of files and thought, "Gee I wonder what that is?" With this, the answer is just a click away!
This can preview just about everything too - we're talkin' almost any kind of photo (jpegs, gif, even Photoshop PSD files - I couldn't find anything it couldn't preview), office documents (word, excel, etc), text files, HTML files, PDFs, just about anything you can think of!We're talking a whoppin' 150 different file types! WOW!! This one feature alone is easily worth the price of the software, but it gets even better! Ever misplace a file? Windows has a hard time finding it again, ya know? Well, just wait till you try the outstanding File Search feature inside of this program! You can locate files by name, date, size, path, contents, type - and much more! Heck, it can even find MP3 files based on title or artist name - now that's power! This is easily the BEST search I've ever seen for windows - I promise, you'll be BLOWN AWAY when you try it! This also includes an amazing File Synchronizer that you're absolutely gonna LOVE! If you have two folders you need to keep synchronized (say one on an external HD, one on your computer's HD - like a backup maybe), then you can use this to make sure the files are always up to date on BOTH drives! Not only that, you can use this to synchronize your laptop and desktop files - now THAT'S handy! On, and TONS of copy options too - you can duplicate files, copy newer files, copy older files, move files (add them) - whatever - from either direction! Amazing (and really easy to use too)! Oh, and just wait till you check out the Size Manager - a quick click of the mouse shows you where all the space on your hard drive is going! Makes it fast and easy to track down wasted space and fix the problem - I found all kinds of excess junk and freed up several GIGs of space on my system! This also includes an absolutely outstanding ZIP program for compressing and storing files (password protection, self extracting - it's sweet), it has an FTP program for transferring files to a webserver that I personally just LOVE (the images you see here were transferred with it in fact), and even has an amazing music and photo management system! WOW!!

It has a file shredder that makes deleted files unrecoverable, has a file encrypter so only YOU can have access to sensitive files, and can even password protect your zip files! Here's one you'll really LOVE! Do you use external hard drives for your backups or extra storage? How about a USB hub? I know I do - well, I used to anyhow!
