Mary from Phoenix AZ writes: I have Outlook for my emails. When I get an email with pictures, sometimes the pictures don’t come thru. I’m missing out on a lot of pictures because of this. How do I correct this problem?
Mary, one possibility is that Outlook security settings. HTML Images are not downloaded by default for security purposes. Here’s how to change them. Open Outlook and select the File tab.
Then choose Options:
A window will open displaying various options. Choose Trust Center.
Under Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, click on Trust Center Settings.
If Don’t Download Pictures Automatically in HTML Messages is checked, un-check the box.
This may solve the issue. If not, let me know.
