We all know that when you’re trying to insert symbols (other than the standard ones available on the keyboard) into a document you end up in the Insert menu, Special Character choice.
This leads you to the Special Characters dialog box, where you can peruse a multitude of symbols to insert… and while nobody needs to use them all, there are some that are more useful than others such as a copyright or trademark symbol.
The good news is that for these special characters you’ll find no need to use the Insert menu since the key combination that will cue the AutoCorrect feature to kick in are super easy to remember.
