Organize your email messages

In Outlook and Outlook Express, you can organize the messages your inbox by sender, subject line, date received, or even the address to which the message was sent (helpful if you have mail from multiple email addresses delivered to one Inbox). Just click on the “From”, “Subject”, “Received”, or “To” headers above the list of messages. The list of messages will reorganize! You can reverse the order by clicking on that header again. For example, click “Received” again to see oldest or newest messages first. ~ Chris Fisher
